Composition of hydraulic system
A complete hydraulic system is mainly composed of the following five parts:
1. Power device
2. Executive components
3. Control and adjustment device
4. Auxiliary devices
5. Working medium
principle
Oil as the working medium, through the change of sealing volume to transfer movement, through the pressure inside the oil to transfer power.
1, the power part - the prime mover mechanical energy into the oil pressure energy (hydraulic energy), such as: hydraulic pump.
2, the executive part - the hydraulic pump input oil pressure can be converted to drive the mechanical energy of the working mechanism. For example: hydraulic cylinder, hydraulic motor.
3, control part - used to control and adjust the oil pressure, flow and flow direction, such as: pressure control valve, flow control valve and direction control valve.
4. Auxiliary part - the front three parts are connected together to form a system for oil storage, filtration, measurement and sealing. For example: pipes and joints, fuel tanks, filters, accumulators, seals and control instruments.
Pressure exerted at any point on a given volume of liquid can be transmitted equally in all directions. This means that when multiple cylinders are used, each cylinder will pull or push at its own speed, depending on the pressure required to move the load.
Under the same carrying capacity range of hydraulic cylinders, the hydraulic cylinder bearing the minimum load will move first, and the hydraulic cylinder bearing the maximum load will move last.
Control valves or synchronous jacking system components must be used in the system in order to synchronize the hydraulic cylinders so that the load is jacked at any point at the same speed.
